Standard air cylinder Precautions
The standard air cylinder should be noted when installing and adapting:
1.When the load changes in the work, the cylinder with abundant output should be selected.
2. In high temperature or corrosive conditions, the corresponding high temperature or corrosive cylinder should be selected;
3. In the case of large humidity and dust, or where there are water droplets and welding slag, the cylinder should adopt the protective measures to take a sigh.
4. Before the cylinder is connected to the pipe, it is necessary to know the stolen goods in the pipe and prevent the debris from entering the cylinder;
5. The medium of the cylinder shall be filtered by the filter core of 40um and above to be used;
6. In low temperature environment, anti-freeze measures should be taken to prevent water freezing in the system.
7. Before the cylinder is used, it should be operated by no-load test. Before operation, the buffer should be adjusted to the minimum I, and gradually give up, so as not to damage the cylinder;
In the working process, the cylinder should avoid the side load as much as possible, so as to maintain the normal operation of the cylinder and extend the service life;
It is not suitable for the cylinder to be removed for a long time. It should be noted that the surface is rustproof, and the inlet and outlet should prevent the blocking cap.
