Gas valve

gas valve (no leakage of gas flat gate) is dedicated to Natural Gas Safety Valve, liquid petroleum gas, oil, etc. It is a unique design, novel structure and good sealing performance due to gas valve completely solved coking caused loose relationship, open does not move and so on, to effectively improve the sealing performance and service life, and truly achieve zero leakage.
Body with cast structure. Seat with O-ring seal and a floating seat structure preload forces, the two-way valve seal import and export; and opening and closing moments of the structure is only 1/2 of ordinary valves, can reach easily open and close the valve. Seat sealed surface inlaid PTFE, having PTFE double seal of metals and metal to metal, PTFE sealing face and clear the gate dirt effect. Gate valves, either fully open or fully closed always coincide with the sealing surface, the sealing surface to be protected from direct scouring medium, thus prolonging life. Valve fully open, the channel is smooth and linear, flow resistance coefficient is extremely small, no pressure loss, can pass the ball clean wool pipeline. Automatic removal of the valve is closed cavity pressure (see diagram), to ensure safe use. Using instructions enclosed gears hoist mechanism, clearly reflect the long-term situation of the valve opening and closing. Buried outside valve surface using coal tar epoxy anti-corrosion treatment, with life and energy pipelines.
